Welcome to Omni ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our AI-powered Salesforce assistant service (the "Service") operated by Omni.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Service Description
Omni provides an AI-powered assistant service that integrates with Salesforce, Slack, and other business tools to help teams work more efficiently. Our Service includes:
- AI-powered responses to Salesforce queries
- Automated ticket creation and management
- Integration with third-party services
- Administrative dashboard and configuration tools
2. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Create an account with accurate and complete information
- Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into contracts
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

You retain ownership of any data you submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
5. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party services such as Salesforce, Slack, Trello, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Subscription Fees
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
7.2 Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the free trial, your account will be automatically converted to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
7.3 Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OMNI, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any third-party conduct or content on the Service
- Any other matter relating to the Service
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Omni and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Omni regarding the use of the Service.
